The Albillo Real grape is very capricious and forces us to be very attentive to its ripening. The delicate grape gives us balsamic aromas and a density, saltiness and bitterness that make it remarkably interesting to obtain high expression wines.
Our passion for Grenache is demonstrated by tending old vineyards, in this case in Sierra de Gredos. Plants with the ability to express the landscape around them. Fresh and fruity wine aged for 8 months in a French oak vat.
The Grenache from the Sierra de Ávila, in Mancera, is sprinkled with a few red varieties, which gives this wine greater tannin and colour. It is a village Grenache, handmade, from a vat and some barrels. The red fruits and the aging in vats predominate in the mouth.
Amnos dei 2020 is a 100% Treixadura wine from two plots located in the IGP Val do Miño that are 200 meters above sea level. Aged for 6 months in 400 and 500 liter French oak barrels for various uses.

Under the name of amarok 2020 we find a wine with an intense flavor of red fruit, silky but with structure. A fleshy but friendly Mencía, with pleasant fruity sensations.
The Albariño grape is not common in the Val do Miño area. 1694 is a mineral and complex wine. Maceration of 3 days in stainless tanks with cold temperature control. Aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels, with its own fine lees.
Wine made 100% with Loureira from our La Diestral plot. 13-year-old vines worked organically. Maceration of 5 days in its skins and aging of 9 months in French oak barrels for various uses.
